You have up to 14 days after the item was delivered to register your intent of exchange or return via email.
 

It is your responsibility to get your unwanted item back to the studio at HARRIET ECCLESTON Ltd, Unit 307, Albyn Works, Burton Road, Sheffield, S3 8BZ.  The item should be packaged and include all original packaging.

If you need your item altered to fit better (shorter sleeves or length etc) we offer a free alteration service.
